Cancellation Policy: To cancel your journey, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. A 10% cancellation fee will apply to your total fare.
Refund Policy: Refunds will be processed within seven working days. For offline bookings, please hand cash directly to the driver.
Responsibility: We advise keeping a close watch on your belongings while entering and exiting the vehicle, as we are not liable for any loss. Claims for damage during an accident will not be entertained.
Charges: Day rates apply from 6:00 AM to midnight. A night charge of Rs. 300 applies after midnight, along with a daily driver allowance of Rs. 300. The minimum distance covered per day is 300 km.
